By registering for an event or submitting payment through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

General Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific event or experience:

All sales are final
Payments are non-refundable
Registrations are non-transferable without written approval

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

DETOXperience events
Grace & Grit
The Boundary Set
Workshops and intensives
Retreats and conferences
Virtual and in-person programs
Coaching-based group experiences

No-Show & Non-Attendance Policy

No refunds will be issued for:

Failure to attend an event
Late arrival or early departure
Scheduling conflicts
Personal, professional, or medical circumstances

Event Cancellations or Changes by Us

If we cancel an event, significantly modify the format, or are unable to deliver the experience as advertised, registered participants may be offered one of the following at our discretion:

A full or partial refund
A credit toward a future event
A transfer to a rescheduled date or comparable experience

Refunds or credits do not include:

Travel expenses
Lodging
Meals
Other personal costs

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Public health emergencies
Government restrictions
Acts of God
Technical failures

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and may be replaced with credits or transfers.

Payment Disputes & Charge Backs

By registering, you agree not to initiate charge backs or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized charge backs may result in:

Revocation of access to event materials
Disqualification from future events
Additional administrative fees

Special Circumstances

Any exceptions to this Refund Policy must be:

Approved in writing
Issued at our sole discretion
